1. About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses Escort UAE (escortuae.com), as a visitor or as an advertiser. By using the website or publishing an ad you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Age and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age where you live if that is higher.
- Advertisers must be adults who advertise themselves, freely and of their own will. Ads on behalf of another person, or by anyone acting under pressure from a third party, are not allowed.
3. Accounts and verification
To publish an ad you need an account with a valid email address. Every new ad must pass a short video verification before it is published: you record a video showing your face, a code we give you and a gesture, and we compare it with the photos in the ad. The ad must contain at least one real, recent photo of you. We may ask for a new verification at any time, for example after a report or a change to the ad. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
4. Rules for ads
Ads must be truthful and made for this website. It is not allowed to:
- involve or suggest any person under 18, or any person who is not acting freely;
- use photos of someone else, or stolen, heavily edited or misleading photos;
- offer illegal content or services, or services that are illegal where they are offered;
- post the same ad in bulk on many websites or platforms, post duplicate ads or send spam;
- put phone numbers, links, website names or advertising in the title or text – contact details belong only in the contact fields;
- advertise other websites, products or services;
- publish content that is hateful, threatening or defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others.
5. Moderation and decisions
We may review, refuse, suspend or remove any ad, and suspend or close any account, that breaks these terms or the law, or that we reasonably believe puts people at risk. When we refuse or remove an ad we tell the advertiser the reasons by email. If you think a decision is wrong, reply to that email and explain why – we will review it again. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to a permanent ban.
6. Reports
Anyone can report an ad with the “Report this ad” link. Reports must be accurate and made in good faith. We review them and, if an email address is given, inform the person who reported of our decision. Reports that may involve a minor, coercion or human trafficking are handled first and may be passed to the competent authorities.
7. Your content
You are responsible for everything you publish and confirm that you have the right to publish it. You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to display your ad on the website while it is published, for the purpose of operating the service.
8. Fees
Publishing ads is currently free. If paid features are introduced, their price and conditions will be shown before you buy.
9. Liability
The website is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it safe and available, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the content of ads, for the conduct of users or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
